Montrésor is an eclectic bistro rooted in French tradition with a twist on American cuisine, fashion and art in a fairytale setting. The from-scratch menu by Chef Paul Shoemaker is influenced by seasonal and local ingredients and features palate-pleasing French dishes.
Owners Lisa Long and Ann Booth Luly opened the doors of the establishment in February 2018. Lisa has owned and managed restaurants for 25 years. In addition to her restaurant work, she is an actress with more than 77 film and television credits. Ann designed the restaurant and has owned Hoity Toity in Tujunga Village in Studio City for 23 years. The store features her designed and custom-made clothing, bags and functional art.
